About The Event

Nadia and Jason Burnstick create a sound all their own. Jason plays rare century-old lute-like instruments lap-slide style for extra mellow tone, while Nadia expertly finger-picks her acoustic guitar. Together with drums, evocative rhythms and close vocal harmonies (Nadia on the bottom note), the overall effect is hauntingly spiritual! The group has composed scores for popular film and TV, and received nominations for several Folk awards. They took home a Juno for Some Kind of Hell, and their latest album is receiving glowing reviews. Tánsi!
